Director of Development

The Director of Development will be responsible for supporting the company’s $1.2 million budget by securing and growing financial support from individuals, foundations, corporations, and government sources to sustain and expand 1st Stage’s mission and programs. This role requires a passionate advocate for the arts with a proven track record in fundraising, strategic planning, and community relations. This is a full-time position that reports to the Managing Director.
