These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Arts Admin Jobs, owned and operated by UpStage Technologies, (“Arts Admin Jobs”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the https://artsadminjobs.com website and any of its products or services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).
Accounts and Membership
Summary: You are responsible for your account. Don’t lie about who you are, and keep your login secure.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activities that occur under it. Providing false contact information may result in termination. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches. We are not liable for your acts or omissions. We may suspend or delete your account if you violate this Agreement or damage our reputation. If deleted for these reasons, you may not re-register; we may block your email and IP address to prevent further access.
2. Billing and Payments
Summary: Payments are final. We use high-security encryption. We may verify your identity if a transaction looks suspicious.
You shall pay all fees in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of purchase. Sensitive data exchange happens over SSL secured channels and is encrypted. We comply with PCI vulnerability standards. To prevent fraud, we may require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or identity verification for high-risk transactions. We reserve the right to change pricing or refuse any order at our discretion. All sales are final; no refunds will be issued. Billing will appear as “UpStage Technologies.”
3. Accuracy of Information & Pay Transparency
Summary: We try to be accurate, but we aren’t responsible for employer errors. In 2026, employers MUST provide salary ranges; if they don’t, we may remove the post.
Occasionally, the Website may contain typographical errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct these without notice.
- Pay Transparency Compliance: In accordance with Illinois law (820 ILCS 112/10) and other applicable 2026 state mandates, all job listings must include a “good faith” salary range and a general description of benefits.
- Employer Responsibility: Employers posting to Arts Admin Jobs are solely responsible for providing this information. If an employer fails to provide required pay transparency data, Arts Admin Jobs reserves the right to reject or remove the listing to maintain regulatory compliance.
4. Backups
Summary: We don’t guarantee your data will be saved. Keep your own copies of your job posts or resumes.
We are not responsible for Content residing on the Website and are not liable for any loss of Content. It is your sole responsibility to maintain appropriate backups. While we may occasionally restore data from our own system backups, we make no guarantee that your specific data will be available.
5. Links to Other Websites (External Applications)
Summary: We link to other companies, but we don’t control them. Once you leave our site to apply, you are bound by their rules.
This Website links to third-party websites for job applications. We do not imply approval, sponsorship, or endorsement of these sites. We are not responsible for the hiring practices, content, or privacy policies of third parties. Once you click an external link, your data is subject to that third party’s terms. 6. Prohibited Uses (Including AI & Scraping)
Summary: Don’t use our site for illegal acts, and do not use bots to “scrape” our listings to train AI.
In addition to other prohibitions, you may not use the Website or Content: (a) for unlawful purposes; (b) to solicit others for unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon intellectual property; (d) to harass or discriminate; (e) to submit false info; (f) to transmit viruses; (g) to collect personal info of others; or (h) for any obscene purpose.
Additionally, you are strictly prohibited from:
- (i) Using any automated system (including “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers”) to access the Website in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce.
- (ii) AI Training: Using the Content, job listings, or descriptions to train, develop, or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) models without express written consent from UpStage Technologies.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Summary: We own our brand and content. Using the site doesn’t give you ownership of our logos or data.
This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property from Arts Admin Jobs to you. All trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used on the Website remain the property of Arts Admin Jobs or its licensors. Your use of the Website grants you no license to reproduce or use any of our trademarks.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty & Employment Disclaimer
Summary: We provide this service “as is.” We are a job board, not an employer or a recruiter.
Use of the Website is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Employment Disclaimer: Arts Admin Jobs is a platform for information only. We do not act as an employer or agent. We do not guarantee the validity of any job offer or the safety of any external workplace.
9. Limitation of Liability
Summary: Our financial liability is limited to either $1 or the amount you paid us in the last month.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arts Admin Jobs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business interruption). Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of one dollar or the amount paid by you to us in the prior one-month period.
10. Indemnification
Summary: If your actions get us sued, you agree to cover our legal costs.
You agree to indemnify and hold Arts Admin Jobs and its affiliates harmless from any liabilities, losses, or costs (including attorney’s fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Services, or any willful misconduct on your part.
11. Dispute Resolution
Summary: Any legal fights will happen in Illinois courts, and you waive the right to a jury trial.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Illinois, United States. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts of Illinois. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of this Agreement.
12. Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Website constitutes consent to those changes.
