Executive Director

The Executive Director of the Collins Center for the Arts (CCA) provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the organization, including programming, personnel, budgeting, fundraising, and daily operations. The role oversees the booking of diverse events that serve campus and community audiences and align with the university’s mission, negotiates artist contracts and ensures strong fiscal stewardship. As chief spokesperson, the Executive Director collaborates closely with marketing leadership to advance the CCA’s visibility and impact. The position also supervises staff, cultivates campus partnerships, works with the University of Maine Foundation to strengthen philanthropic support, and engages an advisory board and program committee to guide governance and programming.
