A Consultancy Company in the Art World

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Studio / Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our New York City office. This is a part-time, in-person role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in maintaining a well-run environment, and is comfortable balancing administrative, logistical, and front-of-house responsibilities.

This position is especially well-suited to individuals with backgrounds in the arts, theatre, or creative industries who are looking for consistent, flexible work in a professional and collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Office & Administrative Support
Maintain and organize digital files and shared folders
Update and manage team and shared Outlook calendars
Assist with general administrative coordination across the team
Office Operations
Monitor, order, and restock office supplies
Maintain kitchen and pantry (including stocking, cleanliness, and organization)
Oversee and maintain office equipment, including coffee machine
Front-of-House & Client Experience
Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
Help prepare meeting spaces as needed
Logistics & Coordination
Manage courier, mail, and delivery services
Coordinate with external IT support to troubleshoot and resolve office-related tech issues
General Support
Provide ad hoc support across the team as needed to keep the office running smoothly

Who You Are
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Strong communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor
Tech-comfortable (Outlook, shared drives, basic troubleshooting)
Able to take ownership of a space and keep it running efficiently

Bonus (not required):
Background in theatre, arts administration, or a creative field
Previous experience in an office coordinator or administrative role
