Arts and Culture Manager

The Arts and Culture Manager is responsible for the overall administration, operation, and management of the Dave and Roma McCoy Arts and Cultural Center located in Mammoth Lakes, California with oversight from the Parks and Recreation Director. The Manager will lead a high-performing team, develop partnerships with local arts and culture organizations, and position the venue as the premier regional hub for performing arts in the Eastern Sierra. This position oversees all aspects of facility scheduling, staffing, and daily operations to ensure the facility functions as a professional, safe, and inviting venue for patrons, artists, and community members. Working collaboratively with Town staff, community partners, and local arts and culture organizations, the Arts and Culture Manager supports the Town-wide delivery of diverse and community-centric programming and fosters a vibrant and inclusive cultural experience.
