The HR/Finance Manager is a key role within the Administration and Finance Department, reporting to the Managing Director and collaborating closely with the Director of Finance and General Manager. This position oversees human resources, accounting support, and administrative operations to advance the organization’s mission and ensure operational efficiency.

The HR/Finance Manager leads all aspects of human resources, including compliance with federal and state regulations, HR policy development, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, and staff development. The role works closely with leadership to align HR practices with the organization’s mission, culture, and strategic goals.
