You’ll lead with integrity, take pride in your work, and confidently manage projects from concept to execution. Whether you’re planning events, collaborating across organizations, or elevating our voice through compelling digital content, you’re organized, reliable, and energized by purpose‑driven work.

– You’re experienced in event planning and/or project management
– You lead confidently, work independently, and thrive in team environments
– You communicate clearly and creatively—both in writing and in person
– You know how to create, manage, and grow social media platforms and websites
– You’re detail‑oriented, dependable, and excellent at managing time and priorities
– You have a deep appreciation for arts, culture, and community development
– Spanish-speaking skills are a major plus
