Production Manager

Constellation Theatre Company is seeking a full-time Production Manager to oversee scheduling, budgeting, contracting, and the execution of all aspects of physical production, including scenery, lights, costumes, props, paint, sound, and projections for all productions, workshops, readings, and events.

Planning
Assist with season programming, budgeting, and scheduling. Coordinate communication and scheduling for all production activities. Oversee design, load-in, and strike processes from hiring through closing.

Budgeting
Manage production budgets and expenses, ensuring designs are realized on time and within budget. Oversee production-related financial activity.

Supervising
Coordinate production staffing and scheduling needs. Lead production and design meetings. Oversee load-in across departments, attend design runs, technical rehearsals, previews, and openings, supervise the Technical Director, and oversee the scene shop and theatre facilities.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Production Manager. Strong knowledge of theatrical production, budgeting, and project management. Proficiency in Excel, CAD, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and collaborative skills.
