Summary
As the CRM Consultant, you are a member of the Arts Marketing team, which works to help arts and cultural organizations optimize revenue, attendance, and audience engagement using data-driven strategies. You play an essential role in client engagements, working independently and as part of a team, ensuring that our projects successfully achieve their objectives. You will work as a Tessitura, ticketing CRM, and data ecosystem expert on projects and will also serve as project lead. You must understand the intersection of people, process, and technology within the arts & culture space.
