Cadenza Artists Booking Agent

Cadenza Artists is seeking three experienced Booking Agents to join our growing, artist-centered team. We are hiring agents to support the West Coast, Northeast, and Southern U.S. performing arts and touring markets.

Booking Agents will develop and maintain relationships with performing arts presenters, promoters, orchestras, and other presenting organizations; secure engagements and negotiate fees for Cadenza’s roster of approximately 40 artists; generate new leads; and help develop touring opportunities, residencies, concerts, and special projects.

Ideal candidates will bring experience in booking, tour development, sales, or business development, along with strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Existing relationships with presenters and buyers are strongly preferred. Candidates should be collaborative, proactive, self-directed, and motivated by helping artists build meaningful and sustainable careers.

These are full-time, fully remote, commission-based positions with uncapped earning potential. Candidates must be available during standard U.S. business hours. Residency within the region represented is preferred but not required.
