The Development Assistant, based in Woodside and San Francisco, oversees the administrative tasks associated with all fundraising, events and development activities throughout the organization. This position reports to the Development Director. The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to the Development Director, including, but not limited to, recording all gifts in the database, Thank You correspondence, gift receipts, event support and follow-up, and database maintenance. Travel between Woodside and San Francisco offices will be required, along with occasional evening and weekend hours, and travel to other cities/states for donor and alumni events.
