Education Manager
Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra

The Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra is currently seeking a full time person to serve in the position of Education Manager. The Education Manager supports all education initiatives of the Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra and its affiliated orchestras. The Education Manager is responsible for designing, developing, administering, and evaluating all educational programs.

Position Requirements:
College Degree, familiarity with education, and work experience with middle school through high school age students. Musical knowledge and training, plus music or arts administration are a plus.

Reporting:
The Education Manager reports to the Executive Director of the Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra.

Compensation:
30 to 35K annually based on experience

ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION: Founded in 1991, the Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra (LCSO) presents a season of eight subscription concerts on an annual budget of $1,300,000. The LCSO is the largest arts group in Irving, Texas. The ensemble’s professional musicians are engaged under a Master Agreement with Local 72-147 of the AFM and chosen by competitive auditions.
