The 2019 Mainly Mozart Festival is actively looking for a Box Office Representative. This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, professional interaction with patrons, donors, and musicians. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ticketing software, client and customer service.

– Some knowledge of Classical Music is a plus.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– 1-2 years of experience in comparable work experience preferred
– Knowledge of ticketing and CRM software preferred
– Ability to work day, evening and weekend hours based on the needs of daily business operations
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to be flexible and self-sufficient
– Must have reliable means of transportation (means to get to events)


– Answering incoming phone calls for office
– Dealing promptly and professionally with all ticketing requests and any issues
– Under the supervision of the Box Office manager, maintains and updates applicable events in ticketing system, including maintenance of all holds and seating requests
– Manages internal ticket stock orders and efficient turn-around on all orders
– Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
– Works all on-site events’ Will Call and onsite Box Office sales
– Other duties as assigned
