Through our over 24 years of providing free, student-led music mentorship programs, we provide equitable access to music education for youth who would not otherwise have the opportunity. Our work is rooted in creativity, connection, and a commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders and musicians.
The Executive Director will play a critical role in advancing Musical Empowerment’s mission by leading strategy, operations, and fundraising efforts. This individual will guide the organization through its next phase of growth, ensuring long-term sustainability while expanding access to high-quality music programming for youth across our communities.
