PENINSULA PLAYERS THEATRE seeks an Assistant Box Office Manager (ABOM) for its 90th season, from late May through October 21, 2025. Previous Box Office or customer service experience is highly desirable. The ABOM’s duties include assisting in ticket sales and overseeing the ongoing maintenance and management of guest accounts six days a week. Candidates should be proficient in data entry, skilled in Microsoft/Google Office suites, and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment. An ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and willing to help execute the high-quality expectations of the theater’s patrons and guests. Candidates should be detail-oriented and possess strong written, verbal, listening and organizational skills to accurately process the patron’s request. Responsibilities include assisting with incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails, maintaining database entry practices, assisting with night-of-show walk-up sales, supervising administrative interns, and assisting in various office projects. Salary is paid weekly, onsite housing is provided on the theater’s 16 acres of forested lakeshore frontage, and a meal plan is available on working days for $85/week. Travel stipend provided.
