Theatrical Systems Integrator
Summary: This role is heavily transactional — entering invoices, coding costs to jobs, processing payroll, and reconciling receipts are daily tasks. The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, and comfortable with repetitive detail work.
Primary Responsibilities:
– Accounts Receivable: issue invoices, track orders to be invoiced, pursue past-due payments.
– Accounts Payable: enter vendor invoices, assign costs to appropriate customers/jobs.
– Reconcile receipts of all employee credit cards with the credit card statement.
– Prepare monthly sales tax report. Assist with reporting sales tax.
– Assist with insurance and other compliance issues for contracts.
– Prepare and submit payroll. Assign hours to appropriate jobs.
– Process incoming checks for deposit.
– Track financial performance on construction contracts.
Qualifications:
– Previous bookkeeping experience is a plus. Knowledge of Quick Books is a must.
– Maintain polite, courteous, tactful communication with clients and company staff.
– Excellent attention to detail.
– Punctual, responsible, have organized work habits, and be able to keep up with deadlines and complete daily work on time with few mistakes.
– Exhibit values that include integrity, accountability, and a willingness to have fun.
– Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
Additional Information:
– Full-time non-exempt position; pay range starting at $20.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience, education, and training.
