Position Summary
The Graphic Design Coordinator is an essential role in our Marketing Department, responsible for crafting visually compelling content that aligns with the Tobin Center’s brand identity and mission. The position reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Candidate must have advanced graphics skills using Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere. Candidate must also be detail-oriented, a self-starter, a creative thinker, a team player, efficient, and a strong communicator.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilites
• Design Creation: Generate digital and print materials, including but not limited to brochures, posters, banners, and social media graphics.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual elements adhere to the Tobin Center’s brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, communications, and events teams to develop and execute creative projects.
• Production Oversight: Coordinate with external vendors for the printing and production of design materials.
• Timeline Management: Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Content Management: Maintain visual elements of Tobin Center’s and Tobin Entertainment’s websites, venue signage, and displays.
• Design and Software Proficiency: Generate digital and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.

Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills.
• Attention to detail, especially regarding text and image layout.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
