WORKING TITLE: Ticketing & CRM Manager

Essential Job Functions
This position reports to the Cultural Outreach and Development Specialist. This position will work closely with nearly all administrative functions of The Weidner, including Finance, Front of House, Programming and Development. Additionally, this position will collaborate the university divisions of Business and Finance, IT, University ticketing and other campus partners as needed. As the institution implements a new ticketing and CRM platform, this position will be in on the ground floor during the training and implementation, working with the vendor training and implementation team, the Weidner staff and the university to maximize revenue opportunities
What You’ll Do
Manages computerized ticketing system including software changes, updates and formats, hardware maintenance and communication with software vendor, collaborating with IT as needed.
Responsible for the build of all events for presented, produced, community partner and national and international promoter shows including promo codes, dynamic pricing rules, VIP and platinum packages and discounts.
Collaborate with marketing on ticketing strategies, pricing tactics and inventory management processes to optimize sales and promotional outcomes.
Manage ticket holds for each event/show.
Maintain necessary reporting for data analysis and customer engagement strategies, including engagement and sales tracking.
Serve as the on-site ticketing expert and box office supervisor during high volume, third-party settlement or signature performances (evenings and weekends approximately 30- 50 days out of the year).
Collaborate with University Ticketing to manage a team of student box office staff on selling tickets for in-person and phone buyers, running will call, and day-of box office operations.
Reconciles daily box office receipts, prepares transmittals and deposits, and administers accounting reports for cash flow and ticket revenue
Oversee financial reconciliation regarding daily reports, monthly reports and event settlement.
Drive and Manage group sales for all Weidner events.
Manage the sale of advertising for the Weidner program.
Responsible for the build of Weidner Memberships.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree at time of application
Experience working on the back end of ticketing and/or CRM software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with graphic resizing

Conditions of Appointment
This position may require travel and weekend work.
The home campus of this position is Green Bay and the successful candidate may occasionally be required to travel to or work at the Marinette, Sheboygan or Manitowoc Campus, based on operational needs.
Position is a full-time Academic Staff appointment. Official transcripts of the highest degree achieved will be required of finalist(s). A criminal conviction investigation will be conducted on the finalist(s).
