Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in theatrical entertainment, technical construction, and project management. This individual will be responsible for overseeing multiple custom projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-motivated professional with excellent communication and follow-through skills.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm; 40 hours of work expected per week
Duties:
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with timelines often spanning several weeks
– Oversee all aspects of project execution, from client engagement to final delivery
– Collaborate with internal teams, including Project Engineers, Technical Designers, and specialized production teams (wood, CNC, metal, paint, etc.)
– Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope documents
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
– Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external partners as needed
– Review and approve technical drawings, material lists, and production plans
– Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project timeline, resolving issues as they arise
– Work closely with the Production Department to ensure seamless information flow, maintain alignment on project goals, and uphold client satisfaction
– Ensure all projects align with company values and meet or exceed client expectations
– Populate and maintain project information inside of Asana
– Manage and track change orders and communicate with Client and internal team
– Ultimately responsible for project quality control
