Director-Business & Operations

Civic Theatre has an immediate opening for a dynamic and experienced administrative leader.
The Director/Manager – Business & Operations has joint accountability with our Artistic Director to translate organizational strategy into practical initiatives to ensure requisite financial and operational resources in support of Civic’s mission.
Provides hands-on leadership to Marketing, Finance, Development, Box Office, facilities, volunteers and other administrative activities. Supports Board relations, and serves as member of the Board of Directors.
Title and salary determined by skill set and experience.
