Candidate Database
Only one other provider offers a candidate database. Arts Journal, Art jobs, AFTA, and The League don’t even serve the needs for these constituents nor employers. Even then, that other provider sources the vast majority of their records from candidates that have no arts and culture experience and aren’t even looking for work in our sector.
