Radiant Community Arts is currently hiring for a Studio Manager for our programs here in Eugene. Working in community arts programming is some of the most rewarding and fulfilling work you can do. As a Studio Manager, you will oversee all studio operations, class programming, and exhibitions while ensuring a welcoming and organized creative environment for our community.

Job duties include and are not limited to:
Studio & Class Management: You will coordinate all aspects of our class and workshop programming to provide exceptional creative experiences for our community.
• Coordinate class and workshop schedules, budgets, and instructor contracts
• Recruit, train, and support instructors
• Provide classroom support and resolve participant issues as needed
• Maintain studio supplies and equipment; submit order requests for supplies
• Ensure adequate teaching coverage including substitute teachers and covering for teachers as needed
Exhibitions:
• Coordinate off-site existing community exhibition spaces
• Schedule and install rotating exhibitions in collaboration with artists and partners
• Maintain exhibition records and support promotional efforts
Administrative & Operational Support:
• Maintain a clean and organized space that is presentable to the public
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates to the Managing Director
• Communicate studio volunteer needs and coordinate appreciation efforts
• Submit order requests for supplies

Requirements
Must be 18 years old – Must be able to pass background check – Must have reliable transportation – Must have experience in arts programming or related field – Must be available for evening and weekend events as needed.

• Ability to positively interact with artists, instructors, participants, and community partners.
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations and handle conflicts professionally.
Aptitude Requirements
• Must be able to read and write English proficiently.
• Able to perform basic math functions and budget management.
• Must have the ability to analyze, reason, and make decisions in a creative environment.
• Must be able to learn and retain new skills related to arts programming.
Environmental Factors
• Most work is performed in studio and gallery spaces.
• Occasional exposure to art materials and equipment.
• Regular lifting and moving of art supplies and exhibition materials.
• Occasional travel to off-site exhibition locations.
