Job Description:
Manage and process all rental event inquiries in close collaboration with the Associate Dean of Artistic Operations and the Director of Donor Engagement and Special Events
Manage the contracting process from the initial inquiry, to preparation, negotiation, and execution
Collaborate with the relevant SFCM departments to ensure seamless communication, alignment with organizational objectives, and smooth event operations
Manage event rentals budgets and meet revenue goals, in collaboration with the Associate Dean of Artistic Operations and the Director of Donor Engagement and Special Events
Lead site tours for prospective clients and vendors
Organize and lead production meetings between SFCM, clients and external vendors
Serve as the main point-of-contact for clients and external vendors to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and policies
Liaise with the SFCM Finance department to ensure timely delivery of final event invoices and payment collection
Other duties as assigned
