This is a full-time, fixed-term position expected to run from January 12, 2026, through May 11, 2026. The position will overlap briefly with the current General Manager for training and handoff.

An ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, works independently, and is comfortable dealing with our clients’ varied needs. Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), ADP Payroll, audit procedures, 501(c)(3) operations, and an understanding of Off-Broadway union agreements is preferred but not required. The candidate should be comfortable with the Mac computer system. If required, a computer can be provided, and additional resources are available.
