The American Mime Theatre seeks an experienced and tech-savvy Office & Systems Coordinator to design, implement, and maintain our digital office and business systems as we relaunch and grow.
Responsibilities
Design and set up integrated systems for:
Microsoft Office & Teams
Monday.com,
Square Appointments,
Google Workspace
Class scheduling and payments: Studio Pro
BUILD WORKFLOWS for class registration, payments, rentals, promotions, and team collaboration.
COACH AND TRAIN our team to use new tools confidently and productively.
MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE, providing ongoing support as the company grows.
Who You Are
Proven experience setting up and integrating digital tools for organizations
Strong skills in training and coaching teams
Organized, proactive, and collaborative
Interest in the performing arts and non profit organizations a plus
