Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with a passion for promoting the arts? The American Mime Theatre is seeking a dedicated individual to take on a dual role as School Coordinator and Fundraising Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by managing our school operations and driving our fundraising efforts.

Your Responsibilities:

AS SCHOOL COORDINATOR:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our school, including class bookings, payments, and attendance.
Promote our classes for adults, teens, and children through engaging campaigns.
Manage communications, streamline sign-ups, and ensure a smooth experience for students.
Develop and implement strategies to grow student enrollment and enhance class offerings.

AS FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR:
Build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.
Secure donations to support our programs and operations.
Plan and execute impactful fundraising campaigns and events to ensure financial sustainability.
What We’re Looking For:
Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Project.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience in class coordination, student management, or similar operations.
Background in fundraising, sales, or public relations (preferred).
A collaborative team player who works effectively across departments.
Passion for the arts and a strong commitment to supporting nonprofit organizations.
This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, managing projects, and making a positive impact in the arts community.
