Arts Administrator for the American Mime Theatre (20 hours per week) will oversee administrative tasks in the new studio. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating rehearsals, handling communications, assisting with marketing efforts, organizing events, creating newsletters, and managing social media platforms. This role ensures smooth operations and fosters a creative environment for the company. We are relaunching after 2 years of being closed due to the passing of our founder.
Qualifications for Arts Administrator:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with scheduling, event planning, and administrative tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
Knowledge of marketing and social media management.
Familiarity with the arts or arts administration (preferred).
