Classic Stage Company is seeking a full time Associate General Manager. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer/GM, this new position will play a vital role with CSC productions and day-to-day operations.

CSC is looking for a true self-starter who is able to multi-task and prioritize. A personable, effective communicator with an eye for detail and a great sense of humor. Candidates should have minimum 3 years of experience in theater management.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• In collaboration with COO/GM, draft, distribute, and track all production contracts (i.e. Director, Designer, Actor, Crew)
• Oversee part time Company Manager
• Prepare payroll, including collection of all new hire payroll documents
• Prepare all union reporting for AEA, SDC, USA, and AFM/Local 802
• Actively liaise with the artistic companies
• Lead the Covid Safety Team, ensuring compliance with all current CDC, NYS, NYC, and union protocols
• Manage any Worker’s Comp matters from filing of claim with insurance carrier to connecting the injured party and their workers comp caseworker to assist in facilitating medical care
• Other responsibilities may apply, pending interest and experience of candidate

This is an exempt, full time position with an annual salary of $65,000 plus health insurance (medical, dental, vision). Must be available for evening and weekend work hours. This position is open immediately.
