The Development and Scholarship Manager is responsible for direct fundraising related to the annual fund, renewing individual donors of $1,000+, working in tandem with the direct mail campaign. Acknowledging that good stewardship of current donors leads to renewed support, this position is also responsible for managing the endowed scholarships, working with other departments such as Academic and Student Affairs to track scholarship awards, updating annual proceeds with the business office, engaging donors with the scholarship students, and coordinating the annual scholarship lunch.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-3 years experience in fundraising required. Preferably in a performing art, non-profit, or higher education environment.
