Dinin Arts Management & Consulting seeks a motivated and experienced Booking Agent. This position is part-time and will remain remote permanently. Established in 2016, Dinin Arts is a boutique artist management agency specializing in advancing the careers of premiere classical soloists and chamber ensembles. The company takes pride in its fresh and personalized approach in this sector and continues to grow in these unprecedented times.


-Establish, build, and maintain successful relationships with a wide range of presenter contacts throughout North America and beyond, including performing arts centers, orchestras, concert series, and music festivals, among others. Understand the nuances of managing these conversations amidst the challenging and inconsistent constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic.

-Effectively target and enthusiastically communicate artist programs and projects with a variety of organizational and personality types by email, phone, and video-conferencing platforms.

-Secure engagements and tours for artists on the roster in strategic communication with the company Director. For all proceeding engagements, negotiate fees, manage programs, oversee contracts, update company and artist calendars with new dates, advance travel and performance logistics, and create artist itineraries.

-Accurately record financial information for each engagement, process relevant invoices, and track artist payment.

-Serve as a strong representative of the company on the phone, in person (safely when possible), and at select booking conferences and performances.

-Update website and social media accounts as needed.


-Must have at least 2 years of experience in the artist management sphere, with a proven track record in booking classical artists. Existing personal relationships with presenting organizations, classical artists, and other industry figures is highly desirable.

-Must have a deep knowledge and interest in classical music including the current affairs of artists and performing artist presenters.

-Must be highly motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and excellent written and oral communication skills.

-Must exhibit an optimistic attitude, resilience, dependability, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure.

-Must have the physical space and mental drive to effectively work remotely and must remain committed to working honestly and productively in communication with the company Director.

-Must have a general understanding of Squarespace and the language of classical artists and organizations on Facebook and Twitter.
