The Production Manager is responsible for advancing all shows presented by FringeArts in, and out of our venue. Production Manager will work closely with the APM to schedule crew calls for all tech calls and performances. They will work closely with the Technical Director, Master Electrician and Head of Audio to adhere to riders for any and all performances presented by FringeArts. The Production Manager will report to the General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee year-round production budget
Manage production staff
Work closely with Programming Director to create a sustainable production calendar for staff
Create detailed production schedule
Write production addendums for all artist contracts
Point person/ organizer for all first-time events in an ongoing series.
Meet in person with local artists to do a walkthru of the venue to discuss tech needs and schedules
Have a phone call/ skype meeting with out of town artists to discuss tech needs and schedules
Schedule and run regular production meetings with staff
Payroll

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-4 years experience in theater technical operations; strong leadership skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with international artists and touring companies and work in non-traditional venues a plus. Must be fully vaccinated.

Benefits:
Salary commensurate with experience ($38K – $45K annually)
This is a full-time exempt position
