The Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra is currently seeking a full-time person to serve in the position of Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that the scheduling and production of all orchestra events (concerts, rehearsals, auditions, tours, run-outs, and special events) run smoothly, effectively, and in a financially responsible manner. The Operations Manager also functions as a liaison between the orchestra and the rest of the Association, and is responsible for carrying out many provisions in the master agreement. Qualification: Non-profit experience, organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently as well as in a group, detail oriented, strong communication skills, basic music knowledge.

Salary range: 32k to 36k annually based on experience

ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION: Founded in 1991, the Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra (LCSO) presents a season of eight subscription concerts on an annual budget of $1,300,000. The LCSO is the largest arts group in Irving, Texas. The ensemble’s professional musicians are engaged under a Master Agreement with Local 72-147 of the AFM and chosen by competitive auditions.
