We’re looking for a confident collaborator and clear communicator excited to steward our beautiful 68,000-square-foot facility designed specifically to inspire and engage youth through the arts. You’ll work collaboratively with Children’s Theater of Madison (CTM) and Madison Youth Choirs (MYC) to ensure safe, accessible, and welcoming spaces that celebrate diversity and foster connections.
Desired Qualifications include:
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
• Experience in strategic partnership building and collaborative decision-making
• Commitment to fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments
• Nonprofit leadership experience with attention to compliance and risk management
• Facility and operational management, preferably in arts, performance, or community venues
