What exactly would I do?

As the Annual Fund Manager, you will embody the Symphony’s core values of inclusion, passion, quality, innovation and welcoming. You will have direct responsibility for raising $800,000 annually through annual fund, direct mail and digital strategies, so much of your time will be devoted to the attainment of this goal. Your day may be spent developing and delivering a donor appeal or working in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to analyze trends. You may be reporting on key metrics such as response rates, gift size, donor pipelines or project expenses. You could be meeting and collaborating with outside vendors or internal departments regarding initiatives, projects or events. Several evenings or weekends each month will find you attending a Symphony concert, stewardship activity or fundraising event to engage with patrons and build relationships.
