Role Overview:
We’re hiring an energetic operations and business development leader. You’ll manage our internal systems and workflows, while also taking charge of marketing, outreach, client acquisition, and growth strategies. You’ll be a trusted member of the executive team, working closely with the CEO and CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and improve internal operations and workflows
– Lead marketing and business development from strategy to implementation
– Oversee brand messaging, content, campaigns, and digital outreach
– Supervise and mentor administrative and client support staff
– Collaborate with finance to track KPIs, budgets, and client satisfaction
Required Experience & Skills:
– 5–7 years of leadership experience in operations, business development, or marketing
– Proven success in driving business growth and increasing visibility
– Experience in the nonprofit, consulting, or arts sectors preferred
– Excellent communicator, collaborator, and strategic thinker
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
