Job Summary
The Manager, Recruitment will lead our recruitment and hiring efforts. The Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing recruiting strategies, while ensuring compliance with labor laws, and work directly with hiring managers to source and hire top talent.

Job Duties*

• Drives and directs full cycle recruitment efforts across the organization
• Acts as an integral part of developing the Staffing Strategy for the organization
• Designs hiring strategies and develops ways to improve efficiency in the hiring process
• Develops recruitment metrics to help identify and solve issues affecting recruiting processes
• Collaborates with the HR team to implement strategic hiring policies and procedures
• Develops recruitment lead strategy to increase interest in open positions; to include job fairs,
networking events, and social media outlets
• Partners with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Maximizes utility of the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage incoming talent
• Processes and tracks applicant job submissions
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
• Creates and maintains accurate job descriptions; working closely with hiring managers to define
essential job requirements, competencies, requirements and compensation
• Owns the Onboarding Process in partnership with department leaders to set up all new Hires for success
• Develops and trains managers on hiring best practices

*Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor in support of departmental goals

Requirements*

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred
• Required three (3) to five (5) years of high velocity recruitment experience, with at least two (3)
years in a recruitment leadership role; to include sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting job
candidates
• Required Microsoft Office proficiency
• Required working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably UKG; to include reporting

Physical Demands

• Regularly sitting or standing at workstation in an office or cubicle setting
• Continually working with a computer and use of the phone
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Work Conditions

• Office setting with normal noise level in the work environment but can fluctuate depending on scheduled
events
• Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions

Compensation/Benefits

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000; Full Time, Exempt
• 403B with match after probationary period
