Production Manager

STAGES St. Louis, a 501©(3) non-profit theatre company, seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead the Production Department and supervise the implementation of the vision of the artistic team. They will also foster an environment of creativity and inclusivity within shops, artistic divisions, design teams, and stage managers to keep schedules and budgets on track. The Production Manager supervises five full-time staff employees year-round and oversees the operation of a production shop of 60-70 seasonal employees. They will oversee the operation of the 22,000 sq. ft. production shop. STAGES is currently performing at the Ross Family Theatre located at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center in Kirkwood, Missouri. All three Broadway-style mainstage productions are produced in this 530-seat house.
Compensation: This is a full-time, year-round, exempt position. The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Benefits include year-round health/dental coverage, life insurance, and PTO, along with voluntary vision coverage, tax-saving flexible spending, and 401K.
