Stissing Center for Arts & Culture, a vibrant nonprofit arts and culture hub in Pine Plains, NY, is seeking a strategic, organized, and enthusiastic Advancement Manager to help grow our fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This is a hands-on role for a motivated professional excited by the opportunity to shape the future of a growing cultural institution. Potential to grow into Advancement Director role.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Executive Director on all aspects of fundraising, including donor outreach, donor communications, sponsorships, events, and capital campaign strategy.
Plan and execute fundraising events—from concept through follow-up.
Support the Executive Director and Board Chair in stewarding and deepening relationships with existing donors and sponsors.
Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities from private donors, public sources, and local businesses.
Serve as a key liaison and ambassador in the local nonprofit and philanthropic communities.
Create advancement materials that clearly communicate goals, achievements, and opportunities for support.
Work closely with the Advancement Committee to delegate and implement fundraising activities.
Manage all aspects of donor data using Bloomerang or similar CRM platform.
Align fundraising strategies with both our operational needs and our ongoing capital campaign.
Attend meetings of Board Advancement Committee

Ideal Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or advancement roles.
Working knowledge of Bloomerang or other donor database/CRM systems.
Proven success planning and executing fundraising events.
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and community stakeholders.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker who is highly organized and proactive.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
