Reporting to the Managing Director (and in consultation with the Artistic Director) the Director of Marketing and Communications serves as an integral member of the Executive Team. They manage a team of experienced marketing and ticketing staff, to create and execute strategic marketing, advertising, communications, and public relations plans for individual productions, subscription campaigns, special events, fundraising initiatives, and education and community programs, as well as build strong institutional branding and awareness of Syracuse Stage both locally and nationally. The Director is also the contact for marketing services provided to the Syracuse University Department of Drama, as part of Stage’s partnership with the University.
