Type:                           Full-time, work from home

Compensation:          $55,000-$60,000

Job Summary

Tessitura Network, the leading provider of technology and services to over 700 of the world’s premier arts and cultural organizations, is seeking an Executive Administrator. This position is part of our Operations Group, which handles the global business functions for the company.

The Executive Administrator will work closely with the President & CEO and members of the Leadership Team to manage scheduling and meeting follow up, make travel arrangements, work with the Board of Directors, and oversee other administrative tasks as needed.

Executive Administrator Responsibilities:

Manage calendar and all scheduling for President & CEO
Attend meetings / calls as needed; record notes and manage follow up with the respective teams.
Collaborate across all levels of the company to manage and advance projects for President & CEO.
Represent Tessitura Network and President & CEO in an outgoing, professional, and friendly manner.
Make travel arrangements and schedule on-site meetings.
Assist with meeting scheduling and materials preparation for the Board of Directors.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Travel at least twice yearly for team meetings and conferences (all business travel currently suspended).

Required Skills and Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a professional office setting.
Experience in, or strong affinity for, the arts and culture industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written communication skills.
Fluency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel or similar office productivity tools.
Proven ability to adopt modern digital workplace tools as provided by the Company.
Proven ability to work calmly and flexibly with client executives, staff and other professionals representing a wide diversity of responsibilities and personalities.
Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office as part of a global, virtual company.
Based in and authorized to work in the United States.
