The Executive Director (ED) of The Roxy is a strategic visionary and collaborative leader who champions the theater’s mission and ensures its continued success as a vibrant cultural hub in Missoula. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED provides strategic and operational leadership across all areas of the organization, including financial sustainability, staff development, programming, fundraising, and community engagement. The ED will foster a culture rooted in love of the arts, shared leadership, and collective imagination, ensuring that staff are empowered to carry out the mission with creativity and care. Above all, the ED is a steward of The Roxy’s historic legacy and future impact.
